Anti-trust concerns have been clouding the $69Bn deal. Activision is the maker of the well renowned game "Call of Duty" has major dominance in the gaming industry. The UK competition watch dog has rejected the proposed merger with Microsoft. The major blocker behind this deal would be Sony who want to maintain its games on its Sony Playstation. Sony has 80% dominance in the European market. One suggestion made by the Competition and Markets Authority was to sell off "Call of Duty" separately.
