Microsoft said it would license Activision Blizzard's Call of Duty game to Sony for 10 years to address concerns which were raised by the anti-competition watchdog in the UK regarding their $69bn takeover.
This deal was struck between Nvidia and Microsoft however concerns were raised by the UK Anti-competition watchdog. Sony was in strong opposition to this deal as the Competition and Market Authority said this would reduce the competition between Sony Playstation and the Microsoft Xbox. This is the biggest ever deal in gaming. CMA will review this deal on April 22.
