The Russian President's first union address in almost 2 years. Blames the United states for the aggression and the war actually started in 2014 and states Russia had every right to defend itself. Putin also promises a prolonged Ukraine conflict and believes Russia cannot be defeated. This address comes as President Biden makes a surprise visit to Ukraine on his way to Poland.
