The Russian Rouble tumbled to a 15 month low as there was a brief Coup on President Putin's reign. This seemed like the most significant threat to Putin's reign in the 23 years of his ruling. Although the threat seems to have been settled for the time being, things are clearly not going smoothly for the President.
OPEC would be closely watching this activity as they are on the lookout to increase the oil prices especially after cutting production. The area which the Wagner group occupied was close to the Black sea where alot of oil production and refining takes place.
Prigozhin has settled his issues with the Kremlin, who leads the mercenary group which took on a fight to Moscow. From serving food to Putin when dignitaries visited to now being his greatest threat to power. Wagner group has significant differences with the Russian Military chief from lack of ammunition to bombing of wagner troops.
