There is a lot of hidden jargon in SEO and Semrush is a great tool a analysing your website, comparing against your competitors and generating improvement in the content to result in a higher ranking.
Presentations - MS Outlook account will give a free web version of Powerpoint which will have most of the features you need.
Data - Excel and Google sheet are a cheap an convenient way to create smaller sized data bases.
